Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
We regret if you are late, the treatment will have to be shortened in consideration of the next customer.
All treatment times include consultation, time to relax and undress/dress.
Cancellation Policy
Failure to attend or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment will result in you being charged fully for the treatment.
Payment
Cash or cheque only made prior to treatment. All treatments must be pre-paid. Failure to attend or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment will result in you being charged fully for the treatment.
